Tres Leches Cakes

Your choice of a small or large tres leches decorated with herbs, flowers, and gold leaf.

Small cakes are $40 (serve 4-8) and large cakes are $80 (serve 10-16)

Each size cake is 6”. The small cake is two layers of cake and feeds 4-8 people. The large cake is four layers of cake and feeds 10-16 people.
We can discuss the local fruits together and pick a fruit that fits your tastes.
Each cake is frosted with vanilla and honey Italian buttercream with layers of jam. The large cake has one layer of pastry cream mousse, which contains gelatin (pastry cream can be removed if you don’t want gelatin).
Each cake will be decorated with herbs and flowers from the garden plus fresh fruit and gold leaf if available.

Flan

6 inch flans are $20 and serve 3-6

9inch flans are $30 and serve 8-12

Your choice of vanilla, chocolate, or garden grown lemongrass.
Each flan can have flower petals or gold leaf upon request.
