This little panadería focuses on latin and hispanic postres and pan dulce, bridging international techniques through Virginian lenses, utilizing local flour and produce.

I have 7 garden beds that I cultivate for flowers and herbs for hyperlocal produce, and my backyard chickens do their best to contribute to the weekly dough production.

I work with local producers like Wade’s Mill, Agriberry Farm, Jam According to Daniel, Carter Mountain Orchard, Chiles Peach Orchard, Crazy Farm, Longbottom Farm, Bellair Farm, and Whisper Hill Farm.
